Parkinson’s is sometimes known as a “Movement Disorder” because it is traditionally defined in terms of the symptoms that affect movement such as tremor, stiffness, and slowness of movement. However, it can be the non-motor symptoms that are the biggest problem day to day, especially the symptoms affecting our mental health and behaviour.
Watch our webinar presented by Dr. Matthew Croucher as he shares ways to manage anxiety while living with Parkinson's. A handout which Dr Croucher provided on Anxiety and Motivation is also available to download.
